Balushahi Cheese Cake



INGREDIENTS
15- 20 nos Balushahi
4-5 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
1-2 tbsp Coco Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Whipping Cream
5-6 nos Mandarin
8-9 nos Goose berries
3 nos Jam Fruit
5-7 nos Thai Leeches
To Grease
Olive oil
To Sprinkle
Sugar
To Serve
Mandarin
Goose berries
Thai Leeches
Jam Fruit

PROCESS
In a blender add balushahi to grind and put the ground balushahi in a baking tray greased with olive oil and put it to bake at 170 degree C for 5 minutes.
Now in a bowl add mascarpone cheese, sugar and whipping cream and keep it for 5-7 minutes.
Then in another bowl add mascarpone cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and whip cream and keep it for 5-7 minutes.
Now in a cookie jar put layers of baked balushahi, whipping cream mixture, balushahi, chopped mandarin, coco powder mixture, chopped jam fruit, whip cream, thai leeches, goose berries, balushahi and whip cream and close the lid.
Then in a pan put water and keep a kitchen towel at the bottom and place the cookie jar on it then close the lid and let it cook for 20- 30 minutes.
Serve the prepared cake with mandarin, jam fruit, thai leeches and gooseberries.
Your Balushahi Cheese Cake is ready.
