Chicken Chilli Steak



Ingredients

Chicken Breast 2
Salt as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli Oil 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese 4 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 4 tbsp
Potato 1
Carrot 1
Peas ½ cup
Sweet Corn ½ cup
Dalda Cooking Oil as reqd


Directions

Wash & cut chicken breast into 2 than slit each from the centre
To make chilli oil roasts 6 – 8 whole red chilli, crush slightly & pour ½ cup hot Dalda Cooking Oil on it. Keep cover overnight than strain oil
Add salt, ginger garlic, white pepper, sugar, vinegar & soya sauce in 4 tbsp chilli oil. Marinate steak with the help of a brush from both the sides thoroughly
Grate potato & carrot; mix with peas & sweet corn. Sauté all the vegetables with salt & white pepper for 3 – 4 minutes
Add cheese in vegetables & stuff in steaks and close tightly
Heat grill pan on medium flame for 5 – 7 minutes; pour 1 tbsp chilli oil on it. Grill steak for one minute again sprinkle few drops of chilli oil and make the flame high to bring the flame up on the steak
To make juicy steaks, cook each steak for not more than 2 – 3 minutes
