Ingredients
Milk 1/2 liter Saffron a pinch Hung curd 500 gm Caster sugar 1-1/2 tsp Chopped pistachios 5-6 Chopped almonds 5-6
Method:
In a pan, infuse saffron and milk. Boil them. In a bowl, add hung curd, caster sugar and add half the infused milk. Mix them well. Now add the remaining infused milk and mix them well. Add half the chopped pistachios and almonds. Fold them together. Pour in a bowl and garnish it with remaining chopped pistachio and almonds. Chill and serve.
