Chicken Corn Balls



INGREDIENTS
250 gm Minced Chicken
Salt to Taste
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chopped Celery
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1 cup Corn Flakes
¼ cup Chopped Bell Peppers
2 Eggs
Salt to Taste
¼ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Oil for Frying
Sweet Mayonnaise
Garnish:
Spring Onion Greens
Red Chilli
Red Chilli Flakes

PROCESS
In a bowl, add minced chicken, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, chopped garlic, chopped celery, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed black pepper and mix well.
Now add crushed corn flakes, chopped bell peppers and mix it.
Roll the minced chicken mixture to form bite sized roundels/balls.
In another bowl, add eggs, salt, crushed black pepper and whisk it.
Dip the minced chicken balls into the egg mixture and roll them over the crushed corn flakes.
Deep fry the chicken corn ball in oil till it turns golden brown.
Garnish the dish with spring onion greens, red chillies and red chilli flakes.
Serve the dish with Sweet Mayonnaise
