Classic Mushroom Soup



INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Chopped Onion
½ tsp Dried Thyme
To taste Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ cup Heavy Cream
3 cups Mushroom Stock
2 tbsp Refined Flour
For garnish Minced Parsley
For garnish Parmesan Cheese
PROCESS
Melt butter in a pan. Add onion and sauté it.
Add mushroom and sauté it on low flame for 5-6 minutes and then add thyme and cook.
Add refined flour in cooked mushroom and mix it well.
After 2-3 minute add mushroom stock, salt, black pepper powder and cream. Mix it well.
When soup comes to a boil, cook it on a low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour the soup in a plate and garnish with cheese and parsley leaves.
Warm Mushroom Soup is ready to serve.
