Rezala Gosht


Ingredients
Mutton Meat ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 2-3
Black Cardamoms 2-3
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Grated Coconut ½ cup
White Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
Yogurt 250 grams
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Cashew Nuts 50 grams
Khoya 50 grams
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of oil add 2-3 sticks of cinnamon , 2-3 cloves and 2-3 black cardamoms and fry when its popping add 1 onion , 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add ½ kg of mutton meat and roast it add as required water cook till the mutton is tender, add 250 grams of yogurt, 1 tbsp of red chili powder , ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ cup of decicated coconut, 1/3 tsp of white pepper powder and add to taste salt mix it well and cook when the mutton is tender and all spices are roasted, add 50 grams of khoya add few drops of screw pine essence mix it well and take it out. Now take a fry pan add ½ cup of oil add 50 grams of cashew nuts take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve it.
