Palak Gosht Dhaba Style



Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg boiled
Spinach 1 kg
Choti methi 4 bunches
Soya 1 bunch
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 2 sliced
Cream ½ cup
Chili powder 2 tsp heaped
Allspice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Ghee ½ cup
Method

Boil mutton till ½ done in 2 cups water and keep aside. Blanch spinach, soya, methi and 4 green chilies till soft, blend and keep aside. In a handi add ½ cup ghee, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder and cumin, fry well add blended spinach mixture, keep frying well till oil comes on top, lastly add cream, chopped coriander and green chilies, fry and remove.

Duhan Dahi Gosht Recipe



Ingredients
1 kg mutton
½ kg yogurt
1 cup clarified butter
Few coals
6 to 8 green chilies
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp crushed fennel seeds
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Ingredients for garnishing
Fresh coriander
Ginger
Method
In a pan, heat 1 cup clarified butter and sauté 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. When it turns golden brown, add 1 kg mutton and allow cooking. When mutton begins to change color, add ½ kg yogurt, 6 to 8 crushed green chilies, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp crushed fennel seeds, salt to taste and 2 glasses of water and allow cooking. Stir quickly on high flame when meat is tender. Then place few pieces of coal on an aluminum sheet and place inside the cooking pot. Put on the lid and allow simmering for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger. Delicious Duhan Dahi Gosht is ready to serve.

Meat Puffs



Ingredients:
For Better:
Eggs 3
Flour 3 tbsps
Corn flour 3 tbsps
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
For Marinating:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Chinese Chili sauce 2 tbsps
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsps
Green Chili (finally chopped) 5
Coriander half bunch
Green onion (finally chopped) half bunch
Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
Method:
Marinade to mince with chili sauce, garlic powder, mustard Powder, salt, green chili, coriander, red chili and ready better and keep aside for 2 hours. Then make balls of this mixture.
Now In a karahi heat oil and fry these balls and serve.

Rezala Gosht


Ingredients
Mutton Meat ½ kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 2-3
Black Cardamoms 2-3
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Grated Coconut ½ cup
White Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
Yogurt 250 grams
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Cashew Nuts 50 grams
Khoya 50 grams
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of oil add 2-3 sticks of cinnamon , 2-3 cloves and 2-3 black cardamoms and fry when its popping add 1 onion , 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add ½ kg of mutton meat and roast it add as required water cook till the mutton is tender, add 250 grams of yogurt, 1 tbsp of red chili powder , ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ cup of decicated coconut, 1/3 tsp of white pepper powder and add to taste salt mix it well and cook when the mutton is tender and all spices are roasted, add 50 grams of khoya add few drops of screw pine essence mix it well and take it out. Now take a fry pan add ½ cup of oil add 50 grams of cashew nuts take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve it.

BADSHAHI GOSHT


INGREDIENTS:
Mutton ½ kg Yogurt 1 cup heaped Ginger Garlic 1 tsp Tomato Paste 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp leveled Chili Powder 1 tsp heaped Turmeric ¼ tsp Dry Whole Milk ½ cup Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp chopped Green Cardamom Powder ½ tsp Nutmeg ¼ tsp Mace ¼ tsp grinded Cream 4 tbsp Oil ½ cup Onion 1 cup chopped.
METHOD:
Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger garlic, tomato paste, salt, chili powder and turmeric for 2 hours, heat oil ½ cup add 1 cup chopped onion fry till light golden, add marinated mutton, fry well add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton nearly done, add dry whole milk, grinded cardamom, mace and nutmeg powder, cream, chopped coriander leaves, leave it on simmer for 10 minutes, serve with sheermal.

ACHAR GOSHT


INGREDIENTS:

Meat or Chicken ½ kg

Finely Chopped Tomatoes 3

Finely Chopped Onions 3

Green Chilies 5

Whole Red Chilies 6

Garlic Cloves 6

Oil 1 bowl

Tamarind Pulp ½ bowl

Fennel Seeds 1 tsp

Nigella Seeds 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1 tsp

Whole Coriander 1 tbsp

Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp

Salt as required

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:

White Cumin 1 tbsp

Whole Coriander 1 tbsp

Mustard Seeds 2 tbsp

METHOD:

Chop 2 tbsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp white cumin and 1 tbsp whole coriander and add a bit of tamarind pulp and salt as required and after mixing it, fill it in 5 big green chilies.
Now in a pan add ½ kg meat or chicken, with it add salt as required and 1 tsp turmeric powder and cook it.
When the water of the meat evaporates, then add brown fried onions, 3 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp nigella seeds, 6 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp whole coriander and 6 whole red chilies and cook it and then add ½ bowl tamarind pulp.
Now in a frying pan, shallow fry the filled chilies in the gravy and put it on simmer.
After 10 minutes, serve delicious achar gosht with plain rice or chapatti.

INGREDIENTS

Meat Chops and Gosht Boti Mix 1kg

Onions 2

Ginger Garlic 2 tsp

Crushed Cumin 1 tsp

Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp

Crushed Coriander 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

All Spices ½ tsp

Whole Black Pepper ½ tsp

Papaya 2 tsp

Cream 1 cup

Yogurt 375g

Ghee 1 cup

Coal 1 piece

METHOD:

First in 1kg meat, add 375g yogurt, 1 cup cream, 2 tsp papaya and 1 tsp salt and then put them in the fridge. Now heat 1 cup ghee and add yogurt and meat and cover it so then it is properly done. Now heat oil and add 2 onions and fry them until they turn brown. Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp crushed coriander, ½ tsp all spices and ½ tsp whole black pepper and cook it properly. Now add the prepared meat in it and put it on simmer for 10 minutes and put the coal on it. Malayi gosht is ready.

Recipe Ingredients

Meat___ 1kg(into pieces)
Cloves___ 1 tola
Black pepper___ 1 tola
Ginger___ 2 tola
Red chili___ 5 nos
Ghee__ 250 grams
Large cardamon\'___ 1 tola
Onion__250 grams
Coriander___ 3 tola
Salt___ 2 tola
Yoghurt____ as required

Recipe Method

After frying onion to red into ghee add pieces of meat into this ghee.
After few minutes toss them after adding water, salt and coriander.
Then tender by adding water.
When water dries and pieces becomes tender then grind them on slab.
Grind ginger and add half portion into meat.
Fry the remaining half part into ghee and separate out. Add meat into vessel and fry then add onion into yoghurt and pour into vessel and keep frying. Grind cloves, large cardamon, black pepper, onion, ginger, coriander, red pepper and salt spices and mix into it.
Then give half hour oiling to it.
Give this garnishing by taking the vessel out of the stove.
After then that draw it from the stove.
After eating people will praise you indeed.
