INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled green pea paste
1 cup boiled grated cauliflower
1 cup boiled grated carrot
¾ cup boiled finely chopped spinach
½ cup parboiled finely chopped green beans
½ cup grated paneer
1 medium onion
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
¾ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala-cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 - 3 tsp gram flour
½ cup roasted gram flour
3 tbsp poppy seeds
2 - 3 tbsp olive oil

PROCESS
Mix the paste of green pea, cauliflower, carrot, spinach, green beans, paneer, onion, and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala-cumin powder, salt and gram flour in it to prepare a binding.
Now take roasted gram flour, and poppy seeds in two different plates.
Prepare round balls from the bowl’s mixture and coat them with poppy seeds and then gram flour.
Now heat olive oil in a flat pan.
Shallow fry the rolls in the pan.
Garnish the prepared kebabs with garam masala-cumin powder, and coriander leaves.
