Shakarkand (Sweet Potatoes) Halwa Recipe


Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes (Boiled)

Cardamoms

Pistachios

Crushed Coconut

Khoya

Sugar

Ghee

Kehwra Water

Dry Milk Powder

METHOD:

Heat ghee, add boiled sweet potatoes, cardamoms and fry.
Now, add sugar and keep cooking. When sugar syrup dries add chopped coconut, khoya and mix well.
In the end add kehwra water, dry milk powder, and turn off the heat.
Pour Shakarkandi ka Halwa, in a serving dish sprinkle pistachios and serve it.
