Ingredients:
Beef Mince 300 grams
Boiled Bengal Gram 100 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Eggs 3-4
Bread Slices 2-3
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Chutney:
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Garlic 6-8
Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Tamarind Paste 1 cup
Jaggery (Crushed) 3 tbsp
Green Chilies 4-5
Salt to taste
For Serving:
Bun as required
Tomatoes 1-2
Cucumber 1-2
Onion 1
Method:
Take a cooking pan add 300 grams of beef mince and 100 grams of boiled gram Bengal add 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of all spice powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper , 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and add to taste salt, mix it well cook until the water is dry. Now take the chopper add all the mixture chop it now add 2-3 bread slices mix it well and make the kebabs. Now take 3-4 eggs beat it. take a frying add oil, heat the oil in a fry pan and then add eggs dip into eggs and shallow fry the kebabs and take it out in a plate and set aside. For chutney: take a blender add 1 bunch of coriander, 6-8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1cup of tamarind pulp and blend it take it out in a serving bowl. For serving: take the buns cut into the middle now spread the chutney on the bun then place kabbab adds onion and close the bun. Now take it out in a serving platter and serve it with chutney and ketchup.
