Ingredients
Chicken = 1 kg (boneless)
Ginger garlic paste = 1tb
Papaya paste = 2 tb
Onion = 1 (fried & grounded)
Gram flour = 2 tb
Yoghurt = 3/4 cup
Oil = 4tbs
Red chilli = 1 ½ tsp
Cumin seed = 1 tsp
Coriander seed = 1 tb
Salt = to taste
Method
In a pan dry roast cumin seed & coriander seed ,add gram flour toss for a while.let it to cool then grind it & make a fine powder.
In a bowl marinate chicken with all above ingredients including oil too.
Leave it for over over night
Now line foil paper on your baking tray. Spread chicken on it & bake at 170’C for 30 to 40 minutes or till done.(change the position of chicken after 20 minutes)
Heat charcoal over medium flame.When chicken baked ,take a piece of foil place charcoal & drizzle few drops of oil on it.Cover for 5 minutes.Its ready
Remove charcoal & serve with raita & vegetables
