COCONUT MACAROONS



INGREDIENTS
Egg whites – 6
Ground sugar – 1 1/2 cup or 12 oz
Desiccated coconut – 2 cups or 6 oz
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Pink food color – few drops
METHOD
Take a pan, add egg whites, sugar, coconut, pink color and vanilla essence, cook on low flame until bubbles start in the mixture and leaves the sides of the pan.
Take of off the flame, let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Then scoop out mixture in greased oven tray about 1 tbsp each and bake in preheated oven on 140ºC for 35 to 40 minutes.
