Ingredients
Butter 150 grams
0,5 liter milk
150 gram suger
50 gram yeast
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1,5 kg plain flour
For filling:
100 gram butter
100 gram suger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardemom
For penciling:
1 egg
200 gram icing suger
1-2 tbsp water
Method
Melt butter and add milk...milk will be luke warm...add yeast in half melted butter and milk...now add beated egg in rest of butter yeast and milk mixture...add suger...add baking powder...and plian flour...knead it very well and wait for 1-2 hours...
Now take room temperature butter mix sugar cardamom and cinnamon.
Now take half dough ...roll it like long pan according to your oven....take filling...use hand or spoon for spreading filling on dough ...now roll it ....
cut each roll in about 1-2 cm thick slices..
Spread butter paper on tray and put all rolls on it and brush over with a little beaten egg ...put it in oven for 20 minutes on 200C...
Cool the rolls completely before decorating them with thick icing
