Ingredients
Cottage cheese 2 packets
Capsicum cubes 1
Chopped carrots 1
Lemons 2
Chopped green chilies 4
Chopped tomatoes 4
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Chili sauce ½ cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Add in lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp red chili flakes and ½ tsp roasted cumin powder in 2 packet of cottage cheese cubes.
Heat 1 cup oil in the pan, add in 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp cumin, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp nigella seeds. Cook it for some time.
Separately, shallow fry Cottage Cheese and chopped green chilies in a frying pan and shallow fry it and prepare sauce.
Also stir fry capsicum and carrots. Add in lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes. Paneer Jalfrezi is ready to serve.
