Ingredients:
Petha 1 kg
Khoya 250 grams
Sugar ½ kg
Green Cardamoms 10
Dry Fruits as required
Clarified Butter as required
Method:
Take a 1 kg odf paitha, peel off it and boil it, when it’s completely boil, take a chopper add paitha blends it to make a paste. Now take a cooking pan add ad required clarified butter, add 10 green cardamoms, ½ kg of sugar, and 1 kg of paitha mixture 250 grams of khoya mix it well and roasted. When the clarified butter is leaving the sides of a cooking pan then takes it out in a serving platter and garnish with as required dry fruits and serve it.
