Red Velvet Pastry



Ingrdients
Flour 1 and 1/4 cup
B.p 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
b.s 1/2 tsp
coco powder 1 tsp
sugar 1 cup
Red colour 1/4 tsp
mix all in 1 bowl...
Egg 1
butter milk 1/2
v_e 1 tsp
Oil 3/4 CUP

Method
whisk together all wet ingredients..until well desolve..add dry ingredients and whisk it properly and bake in 9 inches pan at 220 degree for 30 mints
for filling...
cream cheese 125 grm
whip cream 100 grm
icing sugar 50 grm
yellow clr as required
mango essence 1 tsp
icing sugar 4 dusting
cherries 4 decoration
mix all ingredients and beat 4 10 mints...take icing in freezer for 15 mints then fill in pastry and dust sugar and cherry and serve
