Fried Chicken



Ingredients
Chicken (12 pieces) 1-1/2 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Button red chili (crushed) 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin (roasted and ground) 1sp
Lemons 2
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 2
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Oil as required

Method
Marinte chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt. Place the marinated chicken in a pan and cook it until the water dries off. Heat oil in a wok and marinated cooked fry chicken till it turns golden brown. Add crushed red chilies. Black pepper roasted and ground cumin and cook for a while. When the chicken is ready, add lemon juice and garnish it with green chilies and coriander leaves.
