INGREDIENTS
200 gms mutton keema
2 tbsp oil
2 - 3 tejpatta(bay leaf)
6 - 7 chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped celery stem
½ cup tomato puree
½ tblsp white pepper powder
½ cup cream
150 gms boiled spaghetti
30 gms buttes
1 tbsp chilly flakes
PROCESS
In a pan take oil, 2 bay leaf, garlic, onion and once it is brown add keema to it and mix well.
Add little water to cook for 2 min. Now add carrot, celery, salt ,pepper and mix well, remove the bay leaves now.
Now add tomato puree and cook for 5 min.
Now in a pan take butter,put chopped garlic and onion, spaghetti, salt and pepper and mix well for a min
