Bohri Kabab



Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Milk 1 cup
Brown onion 1
Egg 1
Bread slice 2
Onion 2
Potatoes boiled 2
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate ½ kg mince with 1 brown onion, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp soya sauce and salt to taste for 10 minutes. Put marinated mince in pan, cover and fry with oil for 10 minutes over low flame. Now turn the flame high and cook till water dries. Add in 2 chopped onions, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp chopped green chilies, 1 egg, 2 bread slices soaked in 1 cup milk and ½ bunch mint leaves. Mix well and make small Pattie. Shallow fry oil as required.
