ingredients
Mince 1/2 kg (ground twice) chicken,beef
Salt 1ts
Ginger garlic paste 1tb
Brown onion 2 tbs
Hot spices powder 1ts
Green chillies 4
Coriander crushed 1tb
Roasted cumin 1ts (crushed )
Corn flour 1tb
Coriander leaves 2 tb
Red chilli 1ts
Oil for frying
FOR GRAVY
onion 2 large slices
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Salt 1 ts
Red chilli powder 1ts
Oil 1/2 cup
Hot spices powder 1 ts
For garnish
Coriander leaves ,green chili, slice ginger
METHOD
Marinate mince with ginger garlic ,salt ,chilli powder,hot spices powder ,Cornflour,green chilli ,roasted cumin,roasted coriander,brown onion chopperized in the chopper kneed well , make seekh kabab shape and fry them until light golden ,Infuse with charcoal smoke, leave on dum ,keep aside
FOR GARAVY
heat oil in handi or pan,add onions stair it and transparent the onion then add ginger garlic paste ,chopped tomatoes, salt , chilli powder,hot spices powder,fry till oil separates , add fried seekh kababs ,cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minuts on dum ,garnish with coriander leaves ,green chilies ,ginger slice,serve with naan
