Ingredients
1 lb minced chicken ( beef or mutton)
250 cups shredded cabbage
2 tomatoes
1 onion (large size)
6 tbs. oil
2-3 whole black pepper
2-3 cloves
1 black cardamom
1/ tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. salt according to taste
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
¾ tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
½ tsp. garam masala powder
Method
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp Oil and saute the cabbage for around 10 minutes. Put aside.
Now chop the onion and sauté in oil until light brown.
Add all the spices and finely chopped tomatoes.
Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again.
(If beef or mutton keema, Add 1 cup of water cover and cook till meat is tenderized and the water dries.)
Add cabbage and cook till it is soft and oil separate.
Sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger slices.
Serve with roti
