Ingredients
• 1 lb (chicken or beef)
. 1 cup boiled chickpeas in salty . .
. water
• 2 onions
• 2 large cloves garlic
• 1 tsp ginger
. 1 tsp garlic paste
. 1/2 inch ginger root for garnishing ( cut in pics
• 1 diced tomato
• 3 tbsp. olive or other oil
• 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp. chili flakes or to taste
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp. cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp. black peppers
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp. garam masala
• 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves (optional)
. 2 tbsp dry Methi
Method
1. Heat oil Add onion, garlic and ginger paste and fry .
2. Add mince meat and fry
3. Add all spices and mix.
4. Add tomato & cover till tender
5. Fry till the oil will be separate
6. Add chick peas and mix.
7. Cook on low-medium The longer you cook it, the better it tastes. You may need to add a little water if the meat begins to dry out.
8. Add coriander leaves.
9. Sprinkle dry Methi & cover for few minute & garnish with ginger pics
10. Serve hot with chapattis or kalwanji Naan . Enjoy!!!
