Ingredents
Fresh milk 1 liter
Pineapple cubes 1/2 tin
Sugar 4 tbsp or to taste
Pineapple jelly 1 packet
Strawberry jelly 1 packet
Fresh cream 1 cup
Boiled noodles 1 cup
Vanilla custard 4 tbsp
Fresh mix fruit 1 cup
Almonds flakes 1/4 cup
Method
Take milk in pan and add vanilla custard with sugar and cook till custard thickens.
Cook jelly as instructed on the package and leave to set. Then cut in your desire shape, like I have cut in heart shapes .
In a mixing bowl, add custard, then pineapple cubes, fresh fruits and half cubed strawberry and pineapple jelly with noodles. Mix the cream gently and garnish with jelly cubes and almonds flakes. Serve chilled & Enjoy!!!
