INGREDIENTS
1. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
2.1 1/2 cups milk.
3-1 pack lasagne strips cooked and drained.
4-2 cups diced, boiled chicken meat.
5-1/2 cup cream.
6-1 small onion chopped.
7-1 small capsicum chopped.
8-1tsp black pepper.
9-1 tsp salt.
10-1 tsp mix herb ( italian seasoning)
11-1 tbsp butter.
12-1tbsp flour ( maida).
13-1/2cup parmesan cheese.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Reserve 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese for the top layer of the lasagna.
3. Add butter in the pan,add chopped onion and fry till it turns pink.
4. Add boiled chicken and capsicum ,fry a little.
5. Then add salt,pepper,mix herbs and flour in it,fry well.
6.Slowly add milk and stirr until smooth and creamy.
7. Add 1 cup cheese and cream,stir until cheese is melted.
8. In the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish arrange the lasagne strips.
9. Spread 1/3 of the chicken over the mixture and arrange 4 lasagna strips over mixture and repeat.
10. Top with remaining 1/3 of mixture, chicken, lasagne strip and reserved 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
11. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
12. Serve with toasted garlic bread.
