BARFI AUR CAKE KA MEETHA



Ingredients
Barfi ½ kg
Plain Cake ½ kg
Milk 1 kg
Sugar to taste
Almonds Pistachios as required
Silver Leaves for garnish
Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
Strawberry Jelly 1 cup
Method
• In a bowl, add barfi and plain cake crimbs it.
• In a pan, boil milk, when boil comes barfi crumbs and plain cake crumbs, let it cook with stir spoon.
• When mixture thick add as required sugar cook till dissolve.
• In the end, garnish with almonds, pistachios and silver leaves.
• Serve cold.
