Ingredients
Yogurt 1 kg
Milk ½ cup
Sugar 250 gm
Chopped Almonds 3 tbsp
Chopped Pistachio 3 tbsp
Method
• Put 1 kg yogurt in a cloth and hang it for ½ an hour.
• In a bowl, add yogurt, 250 gm sugar and beat it.
• Add in ½ cup Milk.
• Add in 3 tbsp chopped Almonds and 3 tbsp chopped Pistachio. Blend everything together.
• Keep it in the freezer. Serve chilled
