Ingredients
Peeled Peas 1 cup
Onions (finely chopped) 2
Button Red Chilies 8-10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Eggs (beaten) 4
Green Chilies (julienned) 3-4
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Salt to taste
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Cottage Cheese as required
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till golden brown and remove it on a paper
Add beaten eggs in the wok and stir quickly , add peas, button red chilies and turmeric . Cook for 2-3 min
Now add cottage cheese, green chilies, coriander leaves and pepper. Leave it to simmer for 5 min
Lastly add crispy brown onion and coriander . Serve hot with paratha
