Ingredents
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 lbs minced meat
1 egg
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped or green coriander
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
1 pack spaghetti
Method
Place sauce in a large saucepan and simmer over medium heat.
In large bowl mix mince, egg, crumbs, parsley, garlic,pepper ,salt and Parmesan(optional).
Shape into meatballs small size.
In pan take oil and garlic and fry and then add meatballs.
Place meatballs in simmering sauce.
When sauce returns to a simmer, cover and cook 30-35 minutes till cooked throughly.
Serve sauce and meatballs over warm spaghetti with salad.Enjoy!
