Ingredients
1-Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
2-Turmeric/haldi powder - 1/4tsp
3-Chilli powder - 1tsp
4-salt to taste
5-Chopped Onion -1,big
6-Chopped ginger - 1tbsp
7-chopped garlic -1tbsp
8-chopped greenchillies -3
9-Garam masala -1/2tbsp
10-Mint leaves
11-Coriander leaves
12-Boiled potato -2
13-Bread crumbs-as reqd
14-Egg white -2
15-Black Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
Method
1-Cook the chicken with little bit water,turmeric,chilli powder and salt.
2-Mince the chicken and keep it aside.
3-In a pan heat oil and add chopped ginger,garlic and greenchillies.Saute well.
4-Add onion and cook it till it become soft.
5-Add garam masala,chopped mint leaves , coriander leaves and salt.
6-Add the minced chicken and mix well.
7-Turn off the stove and add the mashed potato and mix well.allow it to cool.
8-Make small balls out of it and roll into desired shapes.
9-In a bowl add egg whites,pepper powder and salt.Beat well.
10-Dip each cutlet in egg whites and roll with bread crumbs.
11-Deep fry it in oil.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
