Ingredients
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Mushrooms ?? button mushrooms 250 grams remove stem and sliced
Onion 2 sliced
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 tin 200 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Green chili 2 to 4
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Method
In pot add oil and first fry mushrooms in it for 5 to 6 mins then take it out and in same oil add onion along with cumin seeds and fry until golden brown, add ginger garlic paste fry for few mins then add mince and fry until mince change its colour, add red chili, salt, chicken powder, turmeric and coriander powder mix well then add chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup water, cover and cook on low flame until mince is 3/4 done. If needed add more water, adjust seasonings to taste.
When mince is 3/4 done add mushroom and green chilies, cover and cook until mince is fully cooked.
In the end add fresh coriander and garam masala powder give dam for 5 mins and serve with rice, roti or paratha.
