Ingredients
3 cups Milk
1/4 tsp zafran flakes
1/2 cup Sawaia (Vermicelli)
Sugar to taste
1/3 tsp Cardamom powder
Almond as required (sliced)
Method
Boil milk and zafran flakes.
Add vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar and cardamom powder remove from heat cool.
Add khoya in (optional)
Put in refrigerator for 2 hours or over night. Serve chill & Enjoy!!
