Palak Pakora



Ingredients
2 -3 cups of spinach (chopped)
1 cup onions (sliced)
2 -3 green chilies (chopped)
Salt as needed
1 cup besan
2 -3 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp coriander (crushed)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (crushed)
Oil for deep frying
Method
Wash and rinse palak very well.Drain completely. Chop and add sliced onions, salt, coriander and green chilies. Then also cumin seeds red chili flakes and coriander.
Mix everything well and add besan and rice flour.
Mix well and check the salt.
Heat a pan with oil. When the oil is just hot enough, drop the mixture in small quantities.
Keep stirring and fry until golden.
Drain them on a towel paper.
Serve hot with Rita or any chatni Enjoy!!!
