Ingredients
Mutton minced 400 gm
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion ½ cup
Ginger 1 tbsp
Liver 200 gm
Tomato 1
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
Green chilies ¼ cup
Green coriander ¼ cup
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil on griddle and add garlic paste, onion and ginger with mutton on griddle and fry them.
When mutton half cooked then add liver, tomato, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder in it and let it cook.
Add some water if require.
When liver and mutton are completely cooked then with help of spoon make small pieces of liver.
Add all spice, dry fenugreek and green chilies and mix them well.
Dish out tawa qeema and garnish with fresh green coriander.
