INGREDIENTS
2 Large Potatoes - Boiled & Skin Peeled
2 tablespoon Mango Powder (Amchoor)
2 tablespoon Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Chilli Flakes
½ teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Sliced Onion
4 Green Chillies
2 Firm Tomatoes
1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
6-8 tablespoon Tamarind Sauce
To Garnish
1 Pinch of Chaat Masala
A drizzle of Tamarind Sauce
METHOD
1. Slice the potatoes into small pieces and add to a bowl
2. Peel and thinly slice the onion
3. Finely chop the coriander & green chillies
4. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces
5. Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well
6. Next add the onions, chillies, coriander and tomatoes and mix well
7. Next add the Tamarind sauce and mix
8. Add to serving dish
9. Top with additional Tamarind sauce and sprinkle with Chaat Masala
10. Serve immediately
