Mocha whip caramel trifle



Ingredients
For swiss roll

Eggs 4
Caster sugar 4 oz
Flour 3 oz
Cocoa powder 1 oz
Chocolate essance 1 tsp
Beat egg whites till soft peaks forms add sugar gradually n beat add essance and youlks n beat lastly fold flour n cocoa bake in swiss roll tray
When it cool aply ganach on it and roll it n cut it than put these on the bottom of serving dish and soak with chocolate sauce
Ganach
1/2 cup choped chocolate
1/2 cup cream
Melt the chocolate in hot cream
For first filling
Water 1 cup
Coffee 1 tbsp
Marsh mello 3 cups
Cream 1 1/2 cup
Chocolate searup
1/2 cup
Boil water add coffeeand masemello cook till mash mellos are melt let it cool at room teprature than add whiped cream n chocolate serup
Pore this mix on swiss roll
Second filling
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Coffee 1 tbsp
Jelletine 1 tbsp
Wayer 1/4 cup
Cream2 cups
Caramelised the sugar add coffee with water and again cook till melt soak jelletinein water and add in sugar mixture again cook now cool on room temp add some cream in it than beat it in rest of the cream pore it on first layer make lines with chocolcte surup and make lines with tooth pic pipe rossate on it
