Steaks and Sides



Steak Ingredients
6 T-bone steaks
Salt to taste
2 tbsp garlic powder
5 tbsp Butter
Ingredients for creamy spinach:
1 bunch spinach
Salt and pepper
Butter
Red chili flakes
1/2 cup cream
Ingredients for creamy potatoes
1 lb peeled potato
Salt
1/2 cup cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
Ingredients for Mushroom side
1 lb mushroom
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Ingredients or steak sauce
1 onion in rings
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ketchup
Pepper
Red chili flakes
1 tbsp soya sauce
Method for steak
Wash steak with water. Pat dry with kitchen towel. Rub butter on both sides. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt. Grill on griddle for 10 minutes. Cover in foil and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Sever with sides.
Method for Creamy Spinach
Sauté spinach in oil. Strain and pat dry. Dress with pepper and salt. Sauté in butter. Add seasoning. Pour cream and let it simmer. Wait until thick, then add roughly chopped spinach atop.
Method for Creamy Potatoes
Peel and chop potatoes. Add salt in water and let it boil. Mash potatoes with cream and butter. Add pepper and salt.
Method for steak sauce
Sauté onions in butter. Add honey, ketchup and soya sauce. Then mix pepper and chile flakes together. Glaze on steak or keep on the side.
