Chullu kabab



Ingredients
1-Mince ½ kg
2-Onion ground ½ cup
3-Ginger paste 1 tbsp heaped
4-Salt 1 tsp heaped
5-Black pepper ½ tsp
6-Butter 2 tbsp
7-Soda bicarbonate ¼ tsp
Ingredients for Rice:
1-Rice ½ kg
2-Butter 3 tbsp
3-Saffron ½ tsp
4-Water 2 tbsp
5-Tomatoes 2
Method for Kabab
1-Marinate mince with ground onions, ginger paste, salt, black pepper, butter and soda
bicarb. Leave for 30 minutes,.
2-Then shape into long seekh kabab.I flatten it after making it long.
3-Now grill for 10 minutes. Lower a piece of burning charcoal and add a few drops of oil
over it; cover immediately.
Method for Rice: In a large pot boil rice with salt until ¾ of the rice is cooked.
1-Then drain water and put the rice back in the pan.
2-Spread butter on top of the rice.
3-Sprinkle saffron mixed with 2 tbsp water and simmer for 10 minutes.
4-Remove from heat, dish out the rice in a large platter.
5-Garnish with grilled tomatoes,grilled green chilli ,French fries and kebabs.
