Cheesy Bubbly Pizza

Ingredients
For dough
2 cups all purpose flour
1tbsp yeast
1egg
1/2tsp baking powder
Tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
2tbsp dry milk
2tbsp oil
Kneed all ingredients from luke warm water and let it rise for 2hours
For pizza sauce
2garlic cloves chopped
1tbsp oil
1/4tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp chat masala or red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/2 kg tomatoes paste
Method
Heat oil and fry chopped garlic for 1 minute add in tomatoes paste and all spices and cook until all the excess water evaporate and it become a thick paste
For chicken
250gn chicken cubes
1tbsp vinegar
3tbsp yogurt
1tbsp lemon juice
1/2tsp red chilli power and crushed
1/2tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oil
Mix all ingredients and cook it
For filling
Cheddar cheese ,mozzarella cheese ,chopped and fried onions,chopped tomatoes capsicum
For bubbles
Wrap cheese in dough pices and set over pizza topping ,apply beaten egg and sprinkle oregano.
Bake it for 20 minutes on 180c.
