Recipe Ingredients
Beef ½ kg
Onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kachri powder 2 tbsp
Whole red chili 6
Green chilies 6
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Nutmeg ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coconut 2 tbsp (desiccated)
Poppy seeds powder 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil for frying
Salad leaves to garnish
Tomato 2 (to garnish)
Onion 2 (to garnish)
Green chili 5 (to garnish)
Recipe Method
Chop beef with onions, kachri powder, whole red chilies and green chilies in a chopper.
Add in ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander leaves, salt, nutmeg, all spice powder, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds powder and eggs.
Mix well and make round Kebab.
Fry in hot oil on low flame.
Serve hot with garnishing salad leaves, tomatoes, onion, and green chilies.
