For Pan Cake
All Purpose Flour 1-1/2 cup
Eggs 4
Icing Sugar 3 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Baking Powder 1 pinch
Oil 3-4 tbsp
For Filling
Boiled Red Kidney Beans 300 grams
Sugar 2 cup
Soda 1 tsp
Method
For pan cake: Take a blender add 4 egg, 1-1/2 cup of all purpose flour,3 tbsp of sugar, ½ cup of milk ,2 tbsp of honey, 1 pinch of baking powder, mix it well to make a thick mixture. Take a frying pan add some oil and wipe out of tissue now pour the mixture in a frying pan and spread all over the pan cook on the both of the sides now pan cake is ready. For filling: Take 300 grams of boiled red kidney beans soak over night.Now wash it and boil soft. Now take a cooking pan add as required water,2 cups of sugar mix it well and cook and remove from the heat. Take a pan cake add the filling into the middle. Now serve it.

American Pancakes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

350 g flour
1 sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 egg
310 ml milk
3 melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 bowl
1 ladle
1 whisk
1 spatula
1 tray1 frying pan

Recipe Method

Pancake Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups (350 g) flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp white sugar and 1 tsp salt. Whisk all the dry ingredients together. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in 1 beaten egg, 3 tbsp melted butter and 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) milk. Whisk until the batter thickens
Hot Griddle
Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan over medium heat. Let the butter melt and coat the pan. Scoop a quarter of the batter into the hot pan. When it starts to bubble on top, flip the pancake over and brown for another minute. Remove the pancake from the pan, add more butter and repeat.
Serve
Dress up the pancakes by adding sliced strawberries, blueberries and some delicious maple syrup. Enjoy your breakfast!
