Recipe Ingredients
Puff pastry ½ kg
Chicken 300 gm
Enhancer 1 packet
Onion 1
Egg 1
Green chilies 2
Corn flour 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carom seeds ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Recipe Method
Marinate chicken in chili powder, black pepper, salt, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds and
enhancer.
Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Now cook marinated chicken in a grill pan till tender, remove and shred the chicken well.
Heat oil in pan, sauté onion.
Add in shredded chicken, chopped green chilies and corn flour paste.
Now roll out puff pastry, cut in rounds using cutter.
Spread each circle with 1 tbsp chicken filling.
Cover with another circle of pastry and brush the top with beaten egg.
Now bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
When golden and crisp remove from oven and serve.
