Recipe Ingredients
Yogurt 1 cup
Vegetable stock 2 cups
Ginger ½ tsp (grated)
Cucumber 1 (grated)
Tomato 1 (big, finely chopped)
Cumin 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Mint leaves ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Recipe Method
Blend yogurt, vegetable stock, spices and ginger in a blender.
Add other ingredients to blend.
Fry cumin seeds and pour over soup and serve immediately.
