Recipe Ingredients
Tomato 250 gm
Onion 1
Garlic 3 clove
Celery ½ cup
Leek ½ cup
Basil 5 leaves
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Recipe Method
Blanch fresh tomato, peal and mash it.
Chop onion, celery, leek and take a medium size cooking pot.
Put cooking oil, let the oil get hot, add chopped onion sauté and add garlic cloves, finally chopped and sauté for couple of minutes.
Now add half cup chopped celery, leek chopped mashed tomatoes basil leaves oregano, tomato paste, salt and black pepper sauté them for couple of minutes.
Now add 1 liter water let it boil for 1 hour at medium flame till the soup is ready.
Serve Hot.
