Chinese-Style Undercut Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Undercut whole 1 kg
Aniseed flowers 3
Cinnamon 3 sticks
Dark soy sauce 1 cup
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Red food color 1 pinch
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup

Recipe Method

Boil undercut with ½ jug water, aniseed flowers, cinnamon, soy sauce, Chinese salt, white pepper and food color in a pot until meat is tender.
Remove meat, heat oil in a wok, fry undercut from both sides.
Cut delicious undercut in thin slices and serve.
