Recipe Ingredients
½ kg mince
250 grams onions
250 grams yogurt
1 bunch coriander
12 green chillies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp al spice powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp whole coriander
2 tsp crushed red chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped ginger.
Recipe Method
Mix mince with yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt.
And leave for ½ an hour. Then cook in pre heated oil on high flame. Also add cumin, whole coriander and crushed green chilies.
Then add finely chopped onion in it with all spice powder, crushed red chillies, crushed black pepper and chopped coriander.
Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Once done, dish out and garnish with finely chopped ginger and serve.
