Mutton Madrasi Curry Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Mutton (cut into small pieces) 800 gms
Large onion (sliced) 1
Oil 2 tsp
Cloves Garlic (sliced) 2
Green chillies (chopped) 4
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Cloves 3
Ginger 1"" piece
Red chillies and the seeds of 2 Cardamoms 2
Salt to taste

Recipe Method

Fry the sliced onion in 2 tbsp.
oil and add cloves, sliced garlic; chopped green chillies,
coriander seeds, turmeric powder, crushed cloves, ginger and red chillies.
Add the cardamoms. After 5 minutes, add the mutton pieces and enough water.
Let it simmer adding salt and tamarind pulp, till it gets cooked.
