Tawa Fried Liver Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

Liver ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tart powder ½ tsp
Nutmeg mace powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil as required

Recipe Method

Cut mutton liver into small pieces.
Pour oil and ginger garlic paste in a pan.
After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, add liver to it.
Fry the liver till it is brown.
Add tomatoes, coriander leaves and all the remaining masala to it.
Add 2 cups of water place the lid on the pan and leave it to simmer.
After 15 minutes, remove the lid and fry it on high flame until the oil separates.
Garnish with coriander leaves, sliced ginger and tomatoes to serve.
Tips:
Salt the liver and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes to get rid of its bad smell.
