Nargisi Koftas Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

250 grams Beef mince
1 Eggs whisked
4 Green chili (chopped)
4 boiled eggs
4 Whole Red Chili
2 cups Boiled potatoes
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp hot spices powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsps fresh coriander (chopped)
to taste salt
2 cups Oil

Recipe Method

Boil mince in cup water with ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and whole red chilies
When mince becomes tender and water dries, remove from flame and cool
Grind mince in a blender
Mix mince, coriander, hot spices, black pepper and salt in a bowl
Coat mince over the boiled eggs
Mash potatoes and mix, salt and black pepper, fresh coriander, and green chilies
Cover mince covered eggs with mashed potatoes
Dip the koftas first in egg and then roll in bread crumbs
Heat oil in a wok and fry koftas until golden
Take out on paper towels
