Recipe Ingredients
1 cup Red lentil
1 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste
1 tsp Red chilies powder
1 Onion sliced
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
5 tbsps Ghee
to taste Salt
2 tbsps Garlic sliced
pinch Cumin seeds
2 Red chili whole
Recipe Method
Wash lentils with warm water
In a pan add lentils, 3cups of water, all the spices, garlic and ginger paste and onion.
Cook till the lentils are tender, add green chilies and let it simmer for 10mins
In a pan fry garlic, cumin seeds and red whole chilies in oil and add to the lentils.
Serve hot.
