Recipe Ingredients
500 grams fish fillets
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 lemon
to taste salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup refined flour
2 eggs
pinch black pepper
to taste salt
1 capsicum, thinly sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
to taste black pepper
5 olives, thinly sliced
to taste salt
Recipe Method
Tartar Sauce:
In a bowl, combine last six ingredients for tartar sauce.
Place bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours
For Fish:
Wash fish and cut into pieces.
Paste garlic paste over them.
Put salt, pepper and lemon juice on it
Toss well and set aside.
Batter:
In a bowl add eggs, refined flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well to form a paste.
Method:
Heat oil in a wok.
Coat fish fillets with batter then deep fry them until golden brown.
Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tartar sauce.
